Deanna is a healthcare futurist leader focusing on clinical quality, patient safety, and data-driven transformation. With more than 14 years of experience working across health systems and national medical societies, Deanna has translated complex clinical data into practical strategies to enhance outcomes, reduce risk, and drive cost avoidance.

Before joining us, Deanna served in national leadership roles across clinical registries and patient safety initiatives, where she developed and led quality initiatives. She has successfully managed and implemented system-wide hospital performance improvement initiatives in support of CMS value-based programs, achieving measurable, evidence-based improvements and significant cost savings. With a multidisciplinary doctoral focus in Healthcare Leadership, paired with hands-on experience in digital health and AI, Deanna is at the forefront of healthcare transformation. She has a particular passion for data-driven initiatives that support clinical decision-making, workforce optimization, and population health outcomes.

An innovative, proactive, and dynamic team player, Deanna is celebrated for her ability to transcend silos and foster psychological safety—creating open networks and high-reliability practices across complex healthcare environments.
