Senior Advisor, Client Services is a trusted clinical-informed expert partnering with leading healthcare organizations to strengthen resilience across emergency management, business continuity, clinical and facilities service interruptions, and disaster recovery. This role requires hands-on clinical care experience, ideally in an acute care background, to ensure strategies are grounded in real workflows, patient safety, and frontline decision-making. Experience in clinical informatics or health IT–enabled care environments is strongly preferred.
