We provide risk and resilience advisory services that integrate emergency management, continuity planning, information technology recovery with clinical and administrative operations for healthcare organizations. Our team integrates their experience and knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards into our process, allowing our clients to meet and often exceed compliance requirements.
Our team has advised universities on Emergency Management and Continuity Planning curriculum and credentialing organizations for the profession (e.g. NFPA 1600, Disaster Recovery Institute International). We serve on advisory boards of national associations, and we actively collaborate with leaders at the federal level (e.g. ASPR, DHHS, FEMA and CMS).
