Information Technology

Our solutions address both process and technology considerations.  Our team has broad and in-depth knowledge regarding challenges presented by disasters as well as the challenges with regards to information flow within and between healthcare and public health entities.  We work with our clients to streamline processes, simplify access to information and the use and customization of supporting technology.  We are completely vendor neutral and do not resell or accept commissions on the sale of any products or services ensuring unbiased recommendations.

Sharing technology
Data Aggregation and Reporting in Disaster Response  We develop and/or implement plans, procedures and protocols on how best to manage the flow of information during an emergency and how best to respond to the health and medical challenges presented by disasters and emergency situations.

Research on Information Technology Solutions  Our approach starts with a discovery process to determine what information is needed and what is currently available.  In addition, we’ll document the current technologies and processes and what needs to be developed and implemented to achieve the goal defined at the outset of the project.
